BookingParcel processes shipment, contact, RFQ, organisation and operational information to provide logistics workflows, quote management, carrier coordination, customer workspaces, enterprise access, API integrations and service updates.

Data we handle

We may process names, business email addresses, telephone numbers, company details, shipment descriptions, origin and destination data, RFQ history, documents uploaded for shipment handling, customer workspace activity, API usage records and support communications.

Why we use data

Data is used to create and manage RFQs, support carrier workflows, provide customer workspace access, maintain audit trails, send service notifications, operate API and webhook integrations, and improve platform security and reliability.

Enterprise security

Administrative actions, identity access, tenant sessions, RFQ records, billing readiness, API keys and operational workflows are designed to be logged, permissioned and separated by tenant or authorised workflow scope.

Sharing and processors

Where necessary, data may be shared with approved couriers, cargo partners, technology providers, payment or invoicing providers when activated, and compliance or support providers needed to deliver the service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of personal data where applicable and subject to operational, legal or fraud-prevention obligations.

Retention

Operational records may be retained for service, audit, dispute, compliance, financial and security reasons. Unneeded records should be reviewed and removed according to policy.

International logistics

Shipment workflows may involve cross-border carriers, customs documentation and international service providers. Controls should be applied depending on the jurisdiction and shipment type.

This notice is a platform-ready operational privacy notice and should be reviewed by a qualified legal adviser before full commercial launch, especially before payment collection, regulated wallet flows or government workflows are activated.
