Before accepting a quote

Please check the shipment details, destination, parcel weight, dimensions, courier service, quoted price and any notes from our team.

What may not be included

Customs charges, taxes, remote area surcharges, insurance upgrades, special handling, storage, failed collection fees and restricted-goods approvals may be charged separately unless clearly stated.

Your responsibility

You must describe the parcel contents honestly, declare the value accurately and ensure the item is not prohibited or restricted by the courier or destination country.

You can request a revision before accepting a quote. Our team will review your request and update the quote if needed.
